- All Site users have to be at least 18 years old. Please do not register if you do not meet the minimum age requirement. If there are any age discrepancies, Dragon One Online reserves the right to terminate the user account immediately without any notice.
- Prices stated are NETT. Delivery charges are not inclusive.
- Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 7% is included in the price of all products and services listed in the Site.
- Free Delivery for nett purchase amount above $80.
- In the event that you are required to change your personal particulars (e.g. address, contact number), kindly make the necessary changes within 24 hours before delivery. You can do so by accessing your online account.
- Customer will be charged the FULL price of the order if a full delivery has been attempted but there is no recipient or a wrong address has been provided. A surcharge of $10 is applicable if there is a need for re-direction of products or a re-send job is required.
- Additional delivery charge of $15 is applicable for deliveries to the following places due to mandatory admission charge to island and extra procedures required to seek clearance to enter the high security locations.
- Airport and its premises /adjoining complexes
- Military and Singapore’s Home Team Camps
- Ports and Shipyards
- Sentosa Island
- Jurong Island
- Dragon One Online reserves the right to reject any order depending on the circumstances.

| Exchange Policy |
| Dragon One Online is committed to deliver the best service here to ensure optimum customer satisfaction. All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. An exchange will be made on a case-by-case basis if: |
- Delivered products are not items that you have ordered.
- Product is defective or damaged at the time of delivery after recipient has checked the product.
- Exchangeable items must be of equal value as the original product.
- Dragon One Online reserves the right to reject any exchange requests depending on the circumstances.

| Refund Policy |
| A full refund will be made if: |
- Products ordered are out-of-stock after full payment has been processed.
- Products cannot be delivered to recipient due to unforseen circumstances.
- Kindly take note that there will be no refund once the order has been confirmed or payment has been processed.
